July Fun

July has been such a fun month for us! I got to take C to see his very first fireworks display at our church. We decided spur of the moment to go....so I forgot my camera. However, I will always remember the way he giggled when the fireworks began...and the way he said, "Mom, I love these." It was a special time for just the two of us. We also enjoyed hanging out with our friends and neighbors from church. Here is N sitting in a very special antique chair. This chair belonged to my Great Grandmother. The story goes that she wouldn't let her own children sit in the chair when they were little, but she would let me when I was little. I inherited the chair and let my boys sit in it sometimes with supervision.

I love this picture! Somehow C and I talked Matt into going to the Mall. He hasn't been to the Mall in years. C told Matt that we wouldn't have to pay to get into the Mall....he knows how to speak Matt's language! Free! Anyway, C traded in his Chick-fil-a toy for this ice cream cone. He loved it!

Happy 60th Birthday to Paw! We had Nathan's hot dogs and homemade ice cream at his party. It was so much fun and very yummy.

C loves to wear wrist bands. Here he is showing off his collection.

C is the best big brother! He has started calling N&T "Little Scuzzies". This comes from Grandpa Guldan saying "Scuzzard". One day C was on the couch with his bros. and he just randomly said, "I love you little T". N immediately came over and pinched C on the head, at which C sighed and said, "I love you, too, N". It was sweet and funny at the same time.
