We've had several busy weeks and unfortunately our blog has suffered neglect....better the blog than the children. Speaking of children, our boys are doing great! C is super pumped about turning 3 in a few days. He has been working hard learning how to hold up 3 fingers to show his age. He requested a train cake for his party, so I made a practice cake just to see if I could do it. C saw the cake and said, "I love it Mom. Thanks for making it for me." How sweet is that?!
N&T are getting big! They love to sit and reach for toys....anything that they can chew. They have also learned to hold their own bottles. This seems like a major milestone!! Yesterday I gave them bottles and took the trash out while they fed themselves! Woo Hoo! I came back to check and they were still happily drinking away. Of course, I don't want to leave them to eat by themselves, but it will be nice to have free hands if needed. C is really enjoying his bros. being more interactive. He loves to tease, tickle, and hug them, and they love it, too!
I turned 31 this month! I have never really felt my age until this year. I told Matt that I feel every day of 31....hmm....wonder why? I think the kids have "matured" me. Matt and I also celebrated our 9th wedding anniversary! What a gift! Hard to believe we have already been married for 9 years. We're all in for 90 more!
We have been studying the book of Jonah at church. I want to leave you with some verses that have stuck out to me:
"Those who cling to worthless idols forfeit the grace that could be theirs. But I, with a song of thanksgiving, will sacrifice to you. What I have vowed I will make good. Salvation comes from the LORD." Jonah 2:8&9.

Your boys are so precious...all three of them. I can't believe how big the twins are, I just want to squeeze them. Great pictures!
Yes! Always better to neglect your blog than your children! You are doing a wonderful job Martha!
